And once again my laptop crashed..I turned it on yesterday and nothing..no beeps..no sounds…no windows..
Nothing! So it got the boot! I went out last night with my D to get a new one..I decided that instead of putting alot of money into a new one.
.I would just go to wally world and get a cheap one. So far so good….but the reinstalling and setting up is really getting to me..
plus I lost everything again!..ugh…it’s just a big fat pain!!

“sunflower image transfer”

A photograph of a sunflower I took a few years ago…
I experimented with golden digital ground + matte medium and did a transfer to a block of wood.
Lightly Colored with water color pencils and water color crayons.
Finished off with  stamps and layers of varnish .

This stuff has promise!

Why do bad things happen in 3’s? It always seems to be that way…which is just scary when you know that already 2 things have happened…well what will be next???

I found out last night…..first my laptop blew its cork! …The next was the water heater….(thats two in 5 years for the water heater) ….then last night I put a load of wash in…and just happened to lay down for a little nap….when I woke…the washer was still washing!!! I couldn’t understand why…Did someone stop it and start it again? nope…..So this morning I again put a load in. Low and behold..its stuck in the wash cycle. Just keeps agitating …for ever it seems.! Its just not a good time to be buying NEW Water Tanks and washers and A laptop!  Geeeesh!

I feel like a little black cloud is over my head…!!! crys-

I spent the day outside in the sun…it was hot and there are these terrible biting flies everywhere right now…
They made it miserable to be out there today….So tonight I went back to winter…and finished up this snowman…
Lots of layers of paint….charcoal pencils, buttons and found words….
I also added a bit of Stewart Gill galactica for some sparkle…love it
Created on a piece of 8×8 1 inch thick wood..the sides and back are black gesso..
He makes me happy!
