Our little day trip to Lake Erie to pick up some wine….Started out just wonderful…
The sky was blue and the sun was out….a Beautiful day…

10′ am and I got talked into tasting wine….just little sips of different kinds……ooooh the chocolate wine…..boy was it yummmy!
no…. I was not driving!

Leaving there and heading into Erie to do a little shopping…….I am not sure even what little town we were in…but this
nut job got behind us and decided we just were not going fast enough for her…A semi in front of us going about 20 miles an hour…
So how fast did she think we could go??….. OMG she was gonna squash our wine bottles!
….She was waving her arms at us….getting right on our bumper….mad as a hornet…
Twice she tried to pass us…once on the right hand side where cars were parked!!!…..I tell ya…that lady is gonna get behind someone that isn’t gonna take it…
and they will get out and slap her right upside the head……with me, she just got her pic snapped on my cell phone….
Now shes semi famous….heh!
why can’t people just slow down and act normal..!!

Even with the loony driver..I had a great little day….it was nice to get out of the house and shop …yah!

Looks like someone was mowing and needed a cold one….

The garden has really taken off this year….
We will have to eat tomatoes till we are just sick of them..

I will be picking some before they turn….
Oh how I wish my Daddy were here…he would have loved them….

My “Fat Boy” hanging out in “his window” ….He used to fit in there …..but now its a tight squeeze.
Doesn’t seem to bother him much tho…..He’s a pretty happy fluff ball!!

Finally it rained and cooled it off here..Thank goodness… Maybe it will be easier to sleep now.!

You just can not move in this heat…it’s over whelming…I waited till 9:oo pm to even walk out and get the mail and it’s still so hot out there..

I’m melting!! UGH! Turn the heat off!! We do not have air conditioning.,….
just fans……and they are just blowing HOT air around…

It’s HOT in Pennsylvania ! So instead of cooking we all went out for dinner at my favorite place!
My brother and SIL were here from GA for the weekend and we had such a nice time…
We had drinks and…What ever this drink was…It was really good…..cold and thick….like having desert thru a straw…!! Yum!!
D spent July 4th weekend in DC…(crazy kid) …He should be home in a few hours..I will be glad
to have him back home..away from all that traffic…..
He did get to stop and see my other brother in Maryland..which was so nice for them…I am glad he did that!!
ok…time to try and cool off….the fan…..and a book ….I refuse to do anything that will make it even hotter…
